This project was the result of a creative collaboration between client, interior designer, architect, and builder. The result is an inviting, quiet, modern, and flowing home with a timeless design.

When the house was sold in 2020, its new owners brought us in to take the warm, industrial-inspired finishes, complete with metal accents, exposed brick, and bright cherry, and turn them into a sleek and bright, but still modern, home.

The open stringer, industrial staircase we designed in the early 2000s was carefully cased in plaster by a team of artisans.

This Carroll Gardens townhouse was the result of a fun collaboration between the clients, Nune, and BIA. The resulting serene environment allows natural light to pour through spaces, which seamlessly blend together from floor to floor.
