This Upper West Side Historic District townhouse was our second certified Passive House retrofit in Manhattan. Our clients were committed to a sustainable home, but did not want to sacrifice a modern, luxurious interior or the historic charm of the brownstone.

On the interior, we designed an open concept floorplan heavy on modern details. This allowed the 18-foot-wide home to feel spacious and provided unique interior details.
