City Realty highlighted high-performance real estate availabilities in New York City. Three of our projects are included on the list, including our Lincoln Square Passive House, Upper West Side LEED Townhouse, and Manhattan's First Certified Passive House.

It has long been assumed that the only way to go green is to go off the grid, build a house out of recycled materials, and set up a field of windmills and solar panels on an upstate plot of land. However, some could argue that New York City is a great place to go green.
