This Upper West Side Beaux Arts mansion came to us in a state of disrepair, but with countless remaining historic details. As we pulled back the layers of renovations and reconfigurations, we uncovered gems from the building's century of life.

With the help of local artisans at Sunburst Studios, the leaded and stained glass throughout the house was restored and recreated in some areas to its original, magnificent condition.

Before
A grand leaded glass laylight sat atop the grand staircase. We restored the laylight and added a high-performance skylight above.
Before
On the second floor parlor, we restored interior sidelights and the transom.
Before
When possible throughout the home, we replaced old, drafty windows with restored leaded glass ones.
